A blend of organically grown grapes from various Premier Cru–classified vineyards, an idea that originated with the Black Label and was continued with the Gold Label. The different components complement one another, resulting in a wine that is greater than the sum of its parts. This is expressed through great flavor concentration, vibrant freshness, and a long finish. The wine is produced only in selected vintages.

Tasting note:
Highly fruity, with aromas of candied orange peel and ripe stone fruit. The wine has high acidity, perfectly balanced by a medium-bodied mouthfeel and a persistent, saline, mineral finish.

Food pairing:
Best enjoyed with aromatic and refined dishes of shellfish, fish, and white meat. It shows a delicate complexity in its youth but will evolve positively over 10 to12 years.

If consumed young, it benefits from at least one hour of aeration in a decanter.
