Wongraven’s blend is made from meticulously selected and carefully blended vinifications from some of the finest and most renowned vineyards in the Pfalz region of Germany. To our knowledge there are no other standard Riesling Trocken wines on the market with a significant portion of grape material from such vineyards. Unfortunately we are not able to name these vineyards in writing due to restrictions relating to German wine laws.

Tasting Note
The wine has a floral bouquet combined with ripe citrus fruit, stone fruits, green apples and a distinct minerality. Dry on the palate with ripe stone fruits, green apples, grapefruit and white flowers. Superb freshness and a dry, lingering finish.

Food Suggestions
Drinks well on its own and will pair well with Sushi, fish, particularly red fish, shellfish of all kinds, pork, charcuterie board, spicy asian food, white asparagus, Muenster cheese...you name it. We are talking about the most versatile and food friendly white grape variety there is!
